Welcome to Sahara Sky Luxury Camp, a peaceful luxury desert retreat located among the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes near Merzouga, Morocco.

We created Sahara Sky Luxury Camp to offer travelers a special way to experience the Sahara — combining the beauty and authenticity of the Moroccan desert with the comfort of a carefully designed luxury camp.

Our Story

Sahara Sky Luxury Camp was created from a passion for the Sahara Desert, Moroccan culture, and genuine hospitality.

The Merzouga region has a unique character shaped by its desert landscapes, local traditions, and communities that have lived alongside the Sahara for generations. We wanted to create a place where visitors could experience this environment in a comfortable and authentic way.

Our approach is simple: hospitality should feel personal.

From welcoming guests to the camp and preparing traditional meals to organizing desert activities and sharing our knowledge of the region, we pay attention to the small details that can transform an overnight stay into a memorable experience.

Our Home – The Erg Chebbi Dunes

We are located in the Erg Chebbi desert near Merzouga, home to some of the most impressive sand dunes in Morocco.

The landscape surrounding our camp is constantly changing. Early morning light creates soft colors across the dunes, while the evening sun turns the sand into warm golden and orange tones.

At night, the desert becomes wonderfully peaceful. Away from the lights and noise of large cities, guests can enjoy the atmosphere of the Sahara and look up at a spectacular night sky.

Being surrounded by this extraordinary natural environment is one of the reasons we are proud to call the Merzouga desert our home.
